Returns

If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, send them back. When we receive the items, we will refund all of the money you gave us. Simple.

Alternatively, you can exchange your item for a replacement or another item of equal or lesser value.

However, purchased items are determined un-returnable and un-exchangable if they have sustained damage by the customer.

Email us at support@mayaxkiwi.com so we know what’s going on, then send the package to the address below. Be sure to include your name on the return address, so we know who it came from.

Please note: We do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping and handling is free. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but items are packaged safely. Your products will be well-protected.
